How to Order Custom Coffee Cups
1. Contact Us: Contact Cups Galore with your custom designed cup enquiry to receive a quote.
2. Add your design to our design templates: Choose the size and style of cup that you require and download the appropriate design templates (below). Using the Artwork setup guidelines (below) use our cup templates to create your custom branded cup. Upload your new design below, or simply email to us.
3. Need help with the design of your cup? Cups Galore is unique in that we offer complete inhouse graphic design services, both for your cup design and your branding. Simply provide us with your logo (AI or EPS), hires images and a brief and we will do the rest!
4. Confirmation of your order.
5. Setup/3D Cup Modelling and Proofs: Using the artwork provided to us on our templates we will then provide you with both curved cup sleeve artwork proofs and 3D cup modelling files. These files provide you a better feel for your finished cup design. Simply approve and the production of your cups will get underway!
6. Delivery: Let us help you in delivering your cups using one of our reputable national courier services with full tracking, or arrange your own transport.

Artwork Setup Guidelines
Please ensure that all images are embedded, fonts outlined – and must fit inside the image area (not too close to the top or the bottom ‘image area’ lines).
Provide plenty of bleed if the background is patterned or colour.
Leave the template flat as we have the software to warp it as well as generating a 3D visual for final approval.
Save the file in hi-res pdf format (without flattening the guide lines as part of the design).
Provide artwork in CMYK
